Continuing the conversation from the previous episode, Bec and Michele are digging deeper into the work of an artist.
Why is insight and bravery so essential to navigating the creative process? How do we manage uncertainty, which is at the core of our best work? And is our imagination, one of the great strengths of an artist, helping or hindering us? It seems to come down to a contradiction of sorts—our most authentic artwork arises from having the widest view of our whole life as a creative source, while also having a way to process our ideas in manageable pieces. And yes, Bec does somehow connect deep creation with brain farts.
